MALPRO manufactures plastic components. I built and integrated an automated system that measured produced material and assigned batch numbers to individual parts.
The project spanned the full depth of the problem: microcontroller firmware driving the physical measurement tooling, and a web server with a database to process and store the readings. It was early hands-on experience tying hardware to software end to end — a thread that resurfaced later in my work on NFC payment tokens and in personal hardware projects.
